Wadding

We provide an exclusive and specialized product line for delicate and premium fabrics, including poly wadding, poly cotton, pure cotton, organic cotton, poly viscose (Tencel), poly bamboo, poly wool, silk cotton, and silk (R&D), all of which require expert handling and advanced dry-care processing.

Quilting

Expert quilting techniques used to stitch multiple fabric layers together, ensuring strength and refined finishing, with 4 single-needle quilting machines (3200 × 3200 cm) and 8 multi-needle quilting machines capable of handling widths up to 140 inches.

Stitching

Skilled stitching techniques used to assemble fabrics accurately, delivering durability, comfort, and a refined appearance. Our production unit is equipped with 50 advanced stitching machines.

Filling

Carefully selected filling materials used to enhance comfort, warmth, and volume in textile and bedding products, supported by 2 filling machines and 2 vacuum machines.
